The owner is a super nice guy, spoken with him often, but I went in July 3rd and he wasn’t there. 2 young girls making the sandwiches, 1 slightly older guy at register. All had masks around their necks but not covering either mouths or noses. I think that’s a Health Code violation. When asked for my order, I said no, thanks and walked out without ordering. I’d bet that if the owner was there, they would have been properly PPE’d. Disgusting.

Great customer service. Food is prepared quick and the orders are accurate. They have the option to order online and pickup.

The sandwiches are great but the customer service is horrific! Don't order online if your in a rush, It's never ready in time. The employees will have no empathy for their mismanagement of time.

The best for quick sandwiches! They slice the meat and cheese fresh and can customize your sandwich. Chicken Philly is excellent and love the Club Sub. The restaurant is always clean too.

Sandwiches are made fresh!

Usually a good experience but this time they were extremely slow for not being too busy. The sandwiches were alright, not what I should be expecting at Jersey Mike's.

People need to be retrained on hand washing you just don't but gloves on you wash your hands before you put gloves on before you start working with food people. Management owner retrain your staff or state will come in with out notice as regular customers.

Been going here for years, nice people and amazing sandwiches. If you haven't gone, go, it blows any other sandwich place out of the water. Plus they remodeled the inside.

The management is terrible. The owner is very fake nice. He is as rude as rude can get and he smells like stale tuna fish and I felt uncomfortable being in the same store w him. AVOID

Sorry - always enjoyed the food, but won’t be back. Ordered at 7:15 and was given a time of 7:51. Got there and had to wait another 15 minutes for the order. Everyone in line got their orders before me and when I got home, one of the sandwiches was wrong. Not happy.

This was a great experience. The place is clean and the staff is friendly along with having a great sandwich. My father thought we were going to Subway and didn't act interested in stopping. After he had has sandwich he is now a believer.As they say it is a sub above! We will be back anytime we are in the area.

The new cold and hot Sub Kings. Not Frugal with there topping like Subway and not only cold subs like Jimmy's. A remarkable taste, and great fresh toppings. Good steaks without being dried and tasty chicken grilled. Good choice of bacon for you carnivores out there however I prefer mine a little thicker. Soft bread no matter what you choose. A great welcoming additions to the Chicagoland restaurants.

This was our first time going. We both disliked the sandwiches. They were bland and just overall not very good sandwiches. The service was good but the food was not. The sandwiches are also pretty pricey. My husband got the philly and I got the chicken bacon ranch.

It's the best sandwich I've ever eaten in the past year.

Normally the service and the quality is excellent. My recent visit was terrible...the long line...the wait...my daughter and I waited way too long for our food. My sandwich hadn't even been made. There was a lot of confusion at the register...obviously a breakdown in the system. The silver lining is we ended up getting our food for free, because the manager noticed what was going on and intervened. Kudos to him. He was very nice, professional and composed amid the chaos.

Best roast beef sub. They don't skimp on the roast beef or any of the fixings on it. I will definitely go back again

Very good subs and friendly staff

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s. I had the club supreme with provolone. That was one of the best subs I have had in a long time. The serve was also great and friendly. I will be visiting a lot. Thank you so much!

Best philly cheesesteaks in the area. Get the chipotle cheesesteak or big kahuna. Their cold subs are delicious too; the meat is cut when you order.
